1. The service
NAL Think produces short-form product videos using an AI-assisted production pipeline finished by human editors. Orders are placed through our order flow by selecting a plan (Starter, Growth or Brand Partner), optionally with add-ons, and submitting a production brief with your product images.
2. Your brief and assets
- You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, every image, logo, trademark, and piece of audio you upload, and that featuring them in a promotional video will not infringe any third party's rights.
- Third-party trademarks, celebrity likenesses or copyrighted material that appear in your assets remain the property of their owners; we may decline to include them unless you provide written permission.
- You must not submit content that is illegal, deceptive, or violates any platform's advertising policies.
- If the assets or information you provide are insufficient or materially different from what production requires, we will tell you before starting, and delivery windows run from the moment complete assets are received.
3. Delivery and revisions
- First cut windows (business days, from receipt of complete assets and payment): Starter — 7 · Growth — 10 · Brand Partner — 72 hours on a reserved slot. Rush add-on compresses production to 4 business days.
- Revision rounds included: Starter — 2 · Growth — 3 · Brand Partner — rolling. A revision means changes within the approved brief (pacing, colour, text, sound, shot selection).
- A change of concept, product, or script direction after production has started is a scope change, not a revision, and is quoted separately.
- Final files are delivered to your account in the aspect ratios included in your plan.
4. Payment
Plans are paid in full at order time via PayPal. Custom quotes may be split 50% to start, 50% on delivery of the first cut. Prices exclude any transfer or currency-conversion fees charged by your own payment provider. Brand Partner subscriptions renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled any time before the next billing date.
5. Ownership and licence
- You receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the delivered films commercially — organic posts, paid advertising, product listings, your website, email and retail displays — for as long as you like, with no renewal fees.
- We retain ownership of the editable project files, templates, pipeline and source assets, which remain part of our studio's craft. Master-file handover can be quoted as an add-on.
- Limits of the licence: the films may be used to promote your own products. They may not be resold or redistributed as standalone stock footage, as templates, or supplied to another brand as its creative.
- Music and sound used in delivery come from libraries licensed for commercial advertising; licences are kept on file. Audio you supply is your responsibility to clear.
- Portfolio: we may show commissioned work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to at order time — an opt-out, at no charge.
- AI disclosure: our films are AI-assisted. Platform rules on AI disclosure vary; where your target platform requires it, you are responsible for enabling that setting when you publish.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel before production has started: full refund.
- Cancel after production has started but before first cut: refund of 50%.
- After the first cut has been delivered: no refund; your included revision rounds apply.
- If we cannot deliver your first cut within the promised window and cannot agree a new date with you, you may request a full refund — this is our on-time guarantee.
7. Portfolio disclaimer
Work shown in our public portfolio is self-initiated concept production, made to demonstrate capability, and is not commissioned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the brands referenced. Client-commissioned work is shown only with the client's permission.
8. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad-account performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
